Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Professional to lead our Accounting Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Control and Direct Taxation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead the FP&A team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management on pricing strategies, discount policies, and sales volume decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with direct taxation, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, consultants, and tax authorities.
  • Continuously monitor changes in tax laws, case precedents, and government policies to proactively assess and mitigate risks for the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective financial planning and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
