Job Description

As a strategic leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions across various industries.

You will lead complex finance and accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope, develop innovative strategies to improve business cases for non-qualified opportunities, and provide expert advice to clients on best-in-class processes.

With a strong background in technical accounting and project management, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving process improvement initiatives, and developing Genpact's product offering to support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive finance and accounting solutions
  • Leading RFX submissions and sales presentations to potential clients
  • Providing thought leadership on best practices and industry trends
  • Driving process improvement initiatives and standardization across regions
