Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

The role of a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader is to provide strategic financial insights, business analytics, and planning support to drive business performance and outcomes.

About the Role:

This position involves leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes. Additionally, it includes analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and presenting findings with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to ensure accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
  • Conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus.
