Job Title: Delivery Excellence Lead - AV/ADAS

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead delivery excellence across our portfolio of enterprise clients in the autonomous vehicle and ADAS sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-functional leadership skills, multi-client governance expertise, and domain familiarity with AV/ADAS data services including annotation, model validation, and automation.

This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive delivery excellence while ensuring consistent quality, scalability, and efficiency of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Leadership & Client Management: Own delivery for a portfolio of enterprise clients across AV/ADAS programs. Set up and drive robust delivery governance including QBRs, client health reviews, RCA/CPA, and CSAT improvement plans. Establish SLA frameworks and ensure adherence across clusters. Serve as a strategic escalation point and own issue resolution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive delivery excellence and ensure consistent quality, scalability, and efficiency of operations
