Job Title:

Service Delivery Manager

Are you a results-driven leader seeking to optimize team performance and customer satisfaction? We are looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to oversee a group of team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of team members, monitoring work and attendance to meet contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
  • Cultivate and develop team members to achieve performance expectations through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
  • Identify performance-related issues and implement corrective action plans to drive improvement and excellence.
  • Maintain open communication with employees, providing timely updates and guidance on goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, focusing on process improvements, employee development, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO environment.
  • Strong operations matrix skills, including Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA, and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
