International Voice Quality Excellence Manager

We seek an experienced Quality Transformation Leader to drive excellence in quality standards within a leading BPO organization. This senior role demands robust quality management skills and expertise in international voice processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement of transactional quality and delivery.
- Managing call quality and client-related KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of TQ interventions and identifying areas for process optimization.
- Strengthening quality management processes and frameworks to enhance quality delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Capturing and analyzing SLA/SLO metrics to meet client expectations and implement customized solutions as needed.
- Driving innovation and process improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensuring process control and compliance while managing audit requirements and providing feedback to front-line teams on new hire quality.
With 8+ years of overall experience, this leader must possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
