Senior Operations Executive

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the operational functions of our hospitality business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing service quality, and ensuring operational excellence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing hospitality operations, with a strong background in leadership, finance, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, financial performance, and profitability, as well as collaborating with luxury hotel brands to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international standards.
  • Collaborate with luxury hotel brands to maintain high levels of service quality and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all assets.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations, with a strong focus on financial acumen and budgetary management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
