Programme Director

We seek an exceptional leader to drive strategic growth and excellence in our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, ensuring the IBDP aligns with school-wide objectives and advances global-minded education.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for programme growth, improvement, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on whole-school planning and cross-programme alignment.
  • Oversee compliance with IB standards, authorization, and re-authorization processes.
  • Lead the development and delivery of a rigorous and balanced curriculum, monitoring academic advising and subject selection processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IB education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in IBDP curriculum and assessment, completion of IB-recognized leadership training, and Category 1–3 workshops.
  • Strong background in data-driven academic leadership, quality assurance, and digital platforms such as ManageBac, IBIS, and MyIB.
