Job Title: Software Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced delivery leader to oversee and manage internal software projects across multiple departments.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage risks, resources, and timelines effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can resolve conflicts, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal software projects across departments.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Drive project management processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in ERP implementation projects will be an added advantage.
