This is a high-profile opportunity to lead our delivery organization, supporting autonomous vehicle and ADAS clients. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence across a portfolio of enterprise clients.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of delivery operations for multiple enterprise clients, ensuring consistent quality, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Establishment of robust delivery governance frameworks, including quarterly business reviews, client health assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
  • Development and implementation of SLA frameworks to ensure adherence across clusters.
  • Serving as a strategic escalation point and owning issue resolution.

  • A dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in cross-functional leadership, multi-client governance, and domain familiarity with AV/ADAS data services.
  • Strong expertise in driving delivery excellence, setting up governance frameworks, and managing complex client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
