Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

To maintain the highest standards of quality in our plant, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough testing of raw materials according to our Internal Testing Plan (ITP) to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  2. Visually inspect and/or test every delivery of aggregates for quality before acceptance to guarantee that only the best materials are used in our products.

  3. Daily testing of concrete specimens is also a crucial part of this role, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

  4. All tests must be performed as per procedures outlined in our Business Operating System (BOS) and industry guidelines.

  5. Maintain strict adherence to QA/QC protocols as specified in BOS to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

  6. Ensure all equipment is properly operated and maintained, while ensuring safe laboratory operations to prevent any accidents or injuries.

  7. Plant calibration will be conducted with other team members to ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly.

  8. Reports must be submitted to external and internal customers in a timely manner to keep them informed about the status of their orders.

  9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, and regulations for occupational health and safety at work to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Civil Diploma/Graduate

  • Experience: 3-5 years from RMC or Aggregate or Construction industry
