Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive the recruitment process for non-tech banking roles. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of attracting top talent. They will be responsible for developing and executing tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for non-tech banking roles.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and other departments.
  • Drive change through organizational design and operationalization of organizational models.
  • Advise on employee relations issues and participate in bank-level initiatives across the HR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Total 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition (non-tech banking roles).
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels with stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen, and relationship skills.
