Talent Acquisition Intern Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and post job openings on relevant recruitment portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with potential candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute engagement activities for new joiners.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen interest in talent acquisition and HR operations.
