**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment function, driving end-to-end hiring processes while building a strong employer brand for Firstcry.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all departments.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Supervise and mentor the talent acquisition team, monitoring their performance and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods, including social recruiting, Boolean searches, and leveraging professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to address future hiring needs.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employer branding and improve candidate engagement.
  • Maintain and update reports related to recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to manage recruitment processes and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, professional networks, and innovative sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.
