Key Responsibilities">

  • ">
  • Coordination and Optimization: Ensure the optimum operation of Gas purification sections by coordinating with Hydro Chlorination and CVD sections.">
  • Process Analysis: Analyze operating parameters for Chlorosilane Distillation columns on a day-to-day basis and suggest improvements to increase productivity.">
  • Maintenance and Planning: Contribute to Maintenance by effective planning to ensure the availability of chlorosilane, Hydrogen compressors, canned pumps, and other equipment in Purification areas.">
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure smooth and safe functioning of plants by conducting safety audits, work permit audits, observing all jobs going on in fields as per SOPs, and ensuring safe practices.">
  • Performance Management: Prepare and achieve yearly production budgets.">
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Process trouble shooting for smooth and safe operations and extend support to improve trouble shooting skills of teams by technical discussions.">
  • Training and Development: Train, validate, and educate operation staff.">
  • Start-up and Shutdown Activities: Actively participate in start-up and shutdown activities and accomplish planned activities timely and safely.">
  • Plant Safety Systems: Maintain plant safety systems efficiently.">
  • Safety Audit Scheduling: Prepare Safety Audit schedules and follow up for timely completion.">
  • Team Participation and Encouragement: Participate actively and encourage team members for company-wide initiatives such as various safety, energy competitions, CASHe Suggestions schemes, trainings, etc.">
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly variance reports, monthly performance reports, rolling plan reports, etc.">
  • Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Conduct cyclic PHA as per schedule.">
