Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance during the commissioning phase of energy storage projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering seamless communication between clients and our on-site team members;
  • Collaborating closely with professionals from various disciplines to implement a detailed commissioning schedule;
  • Generating daily and weekly reports to monitor progress and address any deviations from the planned schedule;
  • Participating in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams;
  • Coordinating with diverse professionals to ensure compliance with industry standards for the installation of energy storage structures;
  • Providing expert maintenance services for energy storage infrastructure, including installation, commissioning, and performance testing;
  • Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring safekeeping of tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (or equivalent);
  • At least 2 years of technical experience in electrical projects;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  • Strong understanding of BESS PCS and supporting components.
