About Insights & Advisory (IA)

Our IA team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. We analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business data to inform decision-makers and drive positive performance impacts. We work across diverse industries and sectors, including Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with government/public companies to develop comprehensive strategies promoting investment and driving production growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on mining areas, supporting regulatory framework development and company mining strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges, generating actionable output and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable practices and build relationships.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and implement performance metrics to track progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership and Business Development: Contribute to methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining sector trends and innovations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mining fields or related field; MBAs preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for extensive durations.
