We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic research and advisory initiatives that drive growth and market leadership for our digital payments platforms and products.

About the Role:

  • You will provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for our digital payment platforms.
  • Market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform new initiatives.
  • Represent us in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Develop and implement various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc., by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Catalyze coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Promote cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with global best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Evaluate new technologies and their applicability to promote innovation within our organization.
  • Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and presentations for senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to inform new initiatives.
  3. Representation: Represent us in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  4. Research and Advisory Services: Develop and implement various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc.
  5. Coordination: Catalyze coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  6. Project Oversight: Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  7. Innovation Promotion: Promote cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  8. Policy Creation: Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with global best practices.
  9. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  10. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies and their applicability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital payments, research, or advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
