Strategic Director for Life Sciences

Job Description:

The Director – Pharma & Medtech is a strategic leadership role driving growth, client success, and industry influence. As the Director, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements, develop thought leadership, and shape strategic initiatives that help global pharmaceutical and medical technology companies navigate market disruptions, technological advancements, evolving regulatory landscapes, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an entrepreneur in decision-making, driving business growth and advisory solutions in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals domain.
  • Build and expand a strong network of clients and prospects for advisory services in innovation and commercialization.
  • Establish and augment thought leadership by identifying industry trends, market disruptions, and emerging opportunities in the predefined areas/sectors/industries.
  • Establish and nurture C-level relationships, delivering high-value advisory and consulting solutions that align with clients' strategic priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or MBA in Healthcare Management.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or research advisory services, with substantial exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Healthcare sectors.
  • Proven expertise in innovation, commercialization, market access, regulatory strategies, digital health, and emerging technologies in Pharma and Medtech space.
  • Experience in leading multiple high-impact consulting engagements or projects at a time.
