Job Overview

In this position, you will be working on projects to fine-tune large language models using strong analytical and English comprehension skills.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Chemistry, comparable to engineering entrance exams, as well as graduate or PhD-level programs.
  • You should be able to break down complex chemistry problems into simple explanations and work efficiently.
  • Projects will also help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst, future-proofing your career in an AI-first environment.
Day-to-Day Tasks

You would spend time solving advanced chemistry problems, creating detailed explanations, and working with mixed content - text, images, chemical equations, diagrams, and visual representations.

  • Analyze and explain complex organic reaction mechanisms, providing textual explanations and annotated structures.
  • Solve problems involving chemical equilibrium, accompanied by visual representations and energy diagrams, and explain the process using text and visual aids.
  • Address challenging problems involving stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry, and electrochemistry, utilizing textual, visual, and diagrammatic explanations.
Requirements

Candidates pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field are eligible. Analytical, feedback, creative thinking, communication, and independence skills are essential.
