Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to lead our in-house legal team. As the Head of Legal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our legal function.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive experience in corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation. Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or family office ecosystems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all legal documentation and execution for investment transactions, fund raises, and internal structuring.
  • Develop and advise on structuring for new funds, SPVs, and cross-border vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term scalability.
  • Implement and maintain a contract lifecycle management system to ensure visibility, consistency, and timely tracking.
  • Collaborate with legal retainers to manage ongoing and potential disputes, aligning strategy with business priorities.
