Legal Contract Specialist

As a Legal Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts across various jurisdictions. You will provide expert advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms, while ensuring compliance with global regulatory developments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs. In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, is a must-have, as well as experience with related documentation.

You will also be responsible for drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks to streamline the contracting process. Additionally, you will handle data privacy matters, including legal research and staying current with global regulatory developments.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage.
  • Good communications skills.
