Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality Smart Energy solutions to clients. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

This position involves providing expert technical support to customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and on-site visits. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inverter installation guidance and maintenance training;
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner;
  • Conducting remote or on-site troubleshooting, replacement, and defect identification for inverters;
  • Gathering clear data on after-sales support cases and reporting to the team leader;
  • Participating in other team activities assigned by the team leader.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a strong background in Electronics and Electrical engineering or related fields. The ideal candidate should possess:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical or related majors;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the solar industry;
  • An energetic and self-motivated professional willing to travel extensively (50% or more per year);
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
