
Salesforce Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Solutions Expert to play a key role in establishing a world-class delivery center and drive business success through technology.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of driving projects from inception to completion while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Technical Project Management: Lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production).
- Project Scoping and Planning: Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze user stories, and resolve any gaps in functional requirements.
- Solution Design and Development: Collaborate in an Agile environment and manage agile task assignments, ensuring team deliverables are met and sprint show-and-tells are successful.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are monitored and resolved.
- Business Analysis: Engage directly with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, performing a thorough fit-gap analysis.
- Solution Implementation: Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional design for Salesforce solutions, documenting business requirements and maintaining a traceability matrix.
- Client Engagement and Training: Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal team members, preparing end-user training documentation and leading training workshops.
- Experience: 6-8 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a technical consultant.
- Core Salesforce Expertise: Solid functional knowledge of core Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Components.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and C-level executives.
- Proactive and collaborative team player who can work effectively with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
- Achieve personal growth by working on complex projects and expanding your technical expertise.
- Be part of a dynamic and innovative environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of other enterprise solutions like Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft, Tableau etc.
- Industry knowledge in sectors like Financial Services, Health, Education etc.
