We are seeking a visionary to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions based on Salesforce. This individual will bring deep experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and emerging technologies like AI and CRM Analytics.
- Lead and participate in solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present the architectural approaches to clients.
- Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

To achieve this, you will need:
Required Skills and Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce migrations and systems integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with AI/ML features in Salesforce, particularly Agentic AI, Einstein GPT, or Copilot.
