Salesforce Technical Lead

About this role:

  • This is a leadership position responsible for the technical direction of Salesforce projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing technical strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and deployment plans.
  • Facilitating joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CG Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployments and scalability best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
