Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce projects within the wealth management sector.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including wealth advisors, operations, compliance, and IT, to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects for wealth management clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce features, including workflows, reports, dashboards, security, and data model enhancements.
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms, including portfolio management, KYC/AML, document management, e-signature, core banking, and Fintech systems.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from RFP to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Define and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance efforts.
  • Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management and Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services, including client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, and portfolio reporting.
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customisation skills.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations.
