Job Description

A senior Salesforce administrator is required to oversee the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce, which includes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Lightning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administering and optimizing Salesforce with expertise in Lightning configuration and Flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning).
  • Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards.
  • Manage security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules).
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups.
  • Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center).
  • Collaborate with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments.
  • Integrate with upstream/downstream systems (work with middleware teams).
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years as a Salesforce administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation).
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model.
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

The successful candidate will be an expert in administering and optimizing Salesforce, with strong data model design and reporting/analytics skills. They will also have excellent collaboration and integration skills.
