About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business results. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop a team of operations professionals to meet or exceed performance targets.
  2. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing recommendations to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless production and efficient workflows.
  4. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and progress.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the BPM industry.
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
