Lead Financial Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to oversee the entire finance and accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to drive long-term growth and profitability.

  • Implement robust financial controls and accounting procedures to ensure transparency and accuracy.

  • Provide expert advice on revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Communicate potential risks effectively and promptly to inform strategic decisions.

  • Develop and propose action plans to achieve annual financial objectives, working closely with senior management.

  • C coordiante and produce tax documentation as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and optimize IT systems to support seamless financial operations.

  • Oversee the overall management of Finance, Accounts, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Taxation.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience in plant and corporate finance.
  • Knowledge of Indian and US taxation, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
