Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Endpoint System Engineer to join our team.

This role will involve serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on implementing cybersecurity solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support through calls, emails, and chat—resolving technical queries and ensuring smooth customer experience.
  • Engage deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.
  • Understand and communicate client's architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set with confidence.
  • Escalate complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Deliver training to clients and internal teams; document technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • A strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • A degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
