About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Partnership Development Lead to join our team at Upskill Training House. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our reach, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and educational institutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
    • Identify and reach out to new clients via calls, emails, and networking.
    • Conduct market research to understand client training requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Client Needs Analysis & Solutioning:
    • Engage in deep-dive conversations with decision-makers to assess training needs and recommend tailored learning solutions.
  • Sales & Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase client conversion rates and achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  • CRM & Reporting:
    • Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales progress, lead conversions, and client feedback.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or lead generation ideally in corporate training, education, or HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven approach with proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
