AI Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an AI Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and generating new business opportunities, working closely with our sales teams to build relationships with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients using a variety of outbound methods, including cold calling, emailing, social selling, and outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads through initial conversations to assess fit, budget, and urgency.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales-qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Account Executives to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Stay informed on the latest AI trends, technologies, and market shifts to effectively engage prospects.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead activity, keeping accurate records of outreach efforts and progress.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and opportunities generated.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably within the tech or AI industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from small businesses to enterprise-level clients.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
