**Job Summary:**

As a Converting Customer Experiences into Revenue Growth Expert, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing landing pages that drive conversions and revenue growth for 310 Nutrition. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to create compelling and visually engaging landing pages that maximize conversion rates and average order value (AOV). Your expertise in CRO tools like VWO, Hotjar, and Google Analytics will enable you to analyze user behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored for specific product offers and bundles.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform design, copy, and page structure improvements.
  • Focus on creating pages that balance user experience (UX) and conversion goals (CRO).
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve key metrics like Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
  • Work closely with copywriters and designers to develop compelling and visually engaging landing pages.
  • Partner with paid media teams to ensure pages are optimized for traffic sources like social, search, and native ads.
  • Provide actionable feedback to team members to refine designs and copy for better results.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages.
  • Expertise with CRO tools like VWO, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable KPIs like CR, AOV, and ROI.
