Job Description:
Biotastic Health Systems (Ice Code Recovery) is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth as our Chief Revenue Growth Officer. This critical role will oversee all aspects of sales, from lead management to team leadership and customer relationship management.

Biotastic Health Systems (Ice Code Recovery) specializes in premium saunas and chillers designed for residential and commercial use. Our products are engineered to provide unparalleled wellness experiences, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us scale our sales operations.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Management and Conversion: Handle and prioritize all incoming leads, engage with prospects, and convert them into closed sales.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive product demand.
- Team Leadership and Performance: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to scale operations as demand grows.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional pre- and post-sale support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, provide detailed reports to the Founder, and refine sales strategies using data insights.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a product-based or luxury market.
- Strong ability to understand and present high-value products like saunas and chillers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Odoo or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and make strategic adjustments.
