About the Role

The organization seeks a skilled professional to act as a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users. The successful candidate will document requirements and detailed technical specifications, shepherding projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Document incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications
  • Review requirements with stakeholders and collaborate with developers to gain consensus before development starts
  • Work with the website development team and stakeholders in managing scope, schedule, and quality of projects
  • Collaborate with teams on projects that require integration between systems
  • Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders
  • Partner with lead engineers to ensure project expectations are delivered on time

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A related university degree or college diploma is required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work with US-based stakeholders and India developers
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is required
  • Ability to lead through influence and effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL databases is preferred
  • Strong organization and English communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines
  • Data driven, including ability to complete analytics to inform road maps, and detail-oriented
