
Coordinating Educational Programs

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of impactful outcomes in our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
- Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
- Be the main link between students, mentors, and operational teams.
- Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind schedule.
- Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
- Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student experience.
- Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
- Use data to identify gaps and implement improvements every cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall program quality.
- Identify and resolve issues early (dropouts, delays) quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in educational program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
- Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
