Job Title: Program Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of impactful outcomes in our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Be the main link between students, mentors, and operational teams.
  • Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind schedule.
  • Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student experience.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Use data to identify gaps and implement improvements every cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall program quality.
  • Identify and resolve issues early (dropouts, delays) quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in educational program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
