About the Role:

We seek a strategic leader to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative programs for gifted children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate short-term and long-term strategic plans to design, scale, and optimize the program for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Design initiatives to achieve defined objectives, ensuring alignment with the program's vision and goals.
  • Establish a digital delivery platform for large-scale dissemination, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Set clear performance indicators to assess program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Oversee curriculum development fostering holistic growth, cognitive development, emotional well-being, and core values in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and streamline operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Possesses an exceptional drive for results, delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
  • Highly desirable: Prior exposure to Giftedness, including understanding unique needs, characteristics, and development of gifted individuals.
  • Experience designing, leading, and driving initiatives supporting gifted learners or professionals.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating expertise and a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices, adapt to evolving trends, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, building, mentoring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders.
