Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the management of our programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, student journey management, and team leadership.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and utilize key partnerships for quality mobilization.
  • Supervise enrolment processes to ensure numbers and quality.
  • Own the training process for concrete outcomes and high-quality academic results.
  • Monitor student participation in placement activities and organize drives.
  • Manage batch progression, outcome monitoring, placement support, reporting, and documentation.
  • Build a culture of teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead people management, financial management, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programs.
  • Student Journey Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience.
  • Batch Progression and Outcome Monitoring: Track student progress and monitor outcomes to inform program improvements.
  • Placement Support: Coordinate with stakeholders to secure placements for students.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on program performance and student outcomes.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to support program delivery.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and report on program performance.
