Program Leadership Role

Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, a registered charitable trust since 1982, is a unique leadership development academy. It aims to nurture, impart training and build capacities of elected representatives, political and social workers, and individuals involved in institutions and start-ups.

The organization conducts research in social, political, economic, and agricultural arenas with the intention of taking its findings to policy level.

It has a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

We are seeking a professional to lead our initiatives and bring newer dimensions to our activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program management, supervision, and budgeting skills
  • Identify training needs and offer relevant training programs to socio-political groups
  • Establish goals, prioritize projects, create standards, and monitor quality and outcomes
  • Work with stakeholder departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years' experience in training & program management for NGOs, government, and semi-government bodies
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in sociology, political science, or related field
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written & spoken)
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Skills:

  • Training design & content development and execution
  • Creating visibility for programs, report writing, project proposals, and documentation
