Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing project resources, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress.

  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Managing and mitigating project risks and issues

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, technology, or a related field
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment
