Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized project coordinator to join our team. As a senior project coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of major commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules using MS Projects, including resource allocation and tracking progress.
  • Cash Flow Management: Analyze and forecast project cash flow, identifying areas for cost optimization and ensuring sufficient funding.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, successes, and challenges.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or construction management.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Project.
