Project Manager Role

This key role involves planning, designing, building, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining projects within the application team.

The successful candidate will be required to follow established procedures to ensure timely task delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale, complex application development, implementation, and upgrade projects end-to-end.
  • Develop project roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by managing project issues and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Track and report on project performance using project management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members including mentoring and training junior project managers and team members.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates, escalate issues as necessary, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, IT governance, data security, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user adoption, training, and smooth handover of applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, requirements, design specs, and post-project reviews.
