Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and seamless coordination.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Multifaceted Project Management: Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Comprehensive Planning: Showcase proficiency in project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Educational Background: Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, as well as technological proficiency with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Adaptability and Pressure Handling: Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction, working well under pressure and demonstrating capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
