Project Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon scope, timeline, and resource allocation. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

· Set project timeline and milestones.

· Monitor project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.

· Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress through regular reports and meetings.

· Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.

· Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

· Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems.

· Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration and effective communication.

· Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.

· Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.

· Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

· Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

· Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions that meet client requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
