About our BIM Delivery Team

We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to independently manage and coordinate BIM processes for mechanical systems within construction projects, collaborating closely with project teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Independent management of BIM coordination for mechanical (MEP) systems in construction projects is essential.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integration.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque, and apply pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout project delivery.
  • Review, model, and troubleshoot MEP systems, providing proactive solutions aligned with site and construction requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projects is required.
  • Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination is necessary.
  • Ability to model mechanical rooms to the fabrication level detail from schematics is a must.
  • Proficiency with Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools is essential.
  • Knowledgeable in pipe and duct fabrication and construction standards is required.
  • Proven ability to handle projects independently and work collaboratively within teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
