MEP Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient operation of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Key responsibilities include reviewing MEP drawings, providing value engineering inputs, and supporting cost estimation and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and Optimize MEP Drawings: Ensure design accuracy and service efficiency by carefully reviewing and optimizing MEP drawings.
- Value Engineering Inputs: Provide valuable insights to improve service standards and reduce costs.
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Support the team in estimating and managing MEP budgets.
- Execution Coordination: Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Site Progress Monitoring: Regularly inspect sites to ensure quality standards are met and progress is on track.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Lead initiatives for sustainable practices, such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building.
- MIS Reporting and Certification: Prepare and certify bills, manage MEP budgets, and maintain accurate MIS reports.
A university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is ideal. Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar role is required.
