Job Title: MEP Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Engineer to join our team. As an MEP Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Planning: Develop comprehensive designs for MEP systems, integrating them into overall building plans to ensure seamless functionality and energy efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to guarantee the successful integration of MEP systems.
  • System Management: Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Compliance and Efficiency: Design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact, while adhering to relevant building codes and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience, preferably in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.
