Project Management Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various projects across different locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations.

  • Travel to project sites as needed, with a base location in NCR.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on technical aspects of projects.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approvals processes.
  • Review drawings and BOQs, taking ownership of project deliverables.
  • Plan and present project milestones, procurement plans, and other critical components to the business team.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality installation throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover to clients.
  • Apply logical thinking and implement value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout project lifecycles.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist various teams within the organization as needed for successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document minutes and communicate risks with mitigation plans.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software efficiently.
  • Travel to and manage projects in other cities as required.
Key Skillset Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong team management background.
  • Display good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately juggle multiple projects.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in B.E/B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical with specialization in MEP.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in D&B or coworking space backgrounds.
