As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for supporting ART & CULTURE Partners in the management of their content on Client Arts & Culture program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Content Coordination: Provide individual access to the Content Management System, ensuring partner profiles are correctly set up for autonomous content management via the Dashboard and available Help articles.
  • Answering questions and guiding partners through the standard partner lifecycle, including ingestion, curation, and publication phases.
  • Troubleshoot errors and issues preventing partners from using the platform, utilizing existing FAQs and reporting bugs to engineering teams in a timely manner.

Additional Tasks

  • Ongoing communication of progress and project status, with potential escalation to the Supplier Point of Contact in a timely manner.
  • Optional based on partner needs: working with Operations Teams to coordinate digitization of partner collections.
  • Conducting content audits, writing content overviews, and other content-related documentation needed for editorial, marketing, press, or other purposes.
  • Supporting organization and logistics of physical events for promoting ART & CULTURE Partners' content.
  • Driving projects forward with seamless planning and execution, anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders, and evolving plans as required.

Prospects Coordination

Grow the number of ART & CULTURE Partners and related content via new prospects.

  • Presenting Client Arts & Culture offer to interested prospects, outlining terms and conditions, digitization tools, and content management system available for bringing collections online.
  • Executing tasks related to Prospect Management service, including processing incoming requests, conducting outreach, utilizing presentation materials, coordination, tracking, and reporting tools, and requesting approvals from designated Program Managers.
